It seems like our default setting is to doubt ourselves or downplay our abilities. We give credit to others for our accomplishments, or worse- we don't even acknowledge our accomplishments!
Being on your own side means believing in yourself, unconditionally.
Being on your own side means positive self talk, daily.
Being on your own side means taking care of yourself and giving yourself grace.
We don't need to rely on validation from others, we can give that to ourselves- and we should!
It takes time to build these habits but it's worth the effort. You deserve to love yourself. You deserve to see the best in yourself.
